Refund Policy

All tickets are Final Sale unless of an extreme circumstance which is deemed by Horizon Drive In. In the event that Horizon Drive In grants a refund; it will be processed without the showpass fees and or any items that the customer may have already obtained.

In the event of a show cancellation due to weather, there will be a postponed date set that all tickets will be valid for. The tickets will not be refunded.

You can transfer tickets to friends or others if you are unable to attend the specific show date.

Canceled Show Due To COVID-19 Restrictions

In the unfortunate circumstance that a showing has to be canceled due to provincial restrictions, all tickets purchased for that show will be transferred to a new show date.

In the event you can not attend the new show date your ticket will be valid for any additional showings in your region.
