Q: I’m new to the Drive In – what are the ground rules?

Q: Can I buy tickets the night of?
A: Yes. We accept cash, debit and credit sales at the front gate for all films unless the film is sold out online in advance.
Q: Will there be family movies?
A: Yes. We will show family movies during some of our early time slots. (The time slot is determined based on when the sunsets). Check the ticket schedule for updates.
Q: Is there a bathroom?
A: Yes. There will portable washrooms on site. However we ask that you try to use the washroom before you arrive to limit the amount of people in and out of the facilities.
Q: Do you listen to the movie through your radio?
A: Yes. The movie audio will be played on a FM channel with the use of a radio transmitter.
*Green Option: Bring a battery powered radio from home to eliminate vehicle emissions.
Q: Will there be double features.
A: Yes, depending on when the sun sets we usually have two movies a night. Make sure to purchase this option if you want to stay for both movies on any given night.
Q: How will we park?
A: We will have a parking crew on site directing you into your appropriate section based on the type of vehicle you are driving. We have battery boosters on site in case of vehicle troubles as well.
Q: Do you operate in the rain?
A: We show rain or shine.

Q: What is your admission price?
A: $10.00 per person (no matter age) for single feature

Q: Do I have to pay for my infant child?
A: No, newborns to toddlers do not pay. (up to 5 years old)
Q: Can I bring my pet.?
A: Yes we are pet friendly, we ask that all animals be leashed while out of the vehicle and that you pick up after your pet.
Q: Do you have Interac?
A: Yes we accept all major debit cards.
Q: Can I pre book a parking spot?
A: No, our parking spots are on a first come basis by vehicle type.
Q: When should we arrive to get a good spot?
A: We highly recommend arriving about 30-45 minutes before showtime (especially for newbies) to get a good spot based on your vehicle type.
Q: What if my battery goes dead?
A: We have several booster packs and give boosts for free. (we also have portable radios for sale if you rather keep your car off)
Q: What are your upcoming movies?
A: You can find our upcoming movies listed on our Tickets Page here. We post them as soon as they are confirmed. If the date you are inquiring about is not listed we have not yet confirmed movies for that weekend.
Q: I want to join my friends who have already paid and entered the drive in? Can I just walk in?
A: In ALL cases everyone entering the Drive In Theatre property MUST ENTER through our front gate and make their entry known to our gate staff. Where people are looking to join a vehicle that has already entered the drive in, that person or people must pay a single rate charge of $15.00 per person to be allowed entry.
Q: Can I run my cars engine during the movie?
A: We strongly recommend that you do not run your engine for long periods during the movie. We offer battery powered portable radios for purchase at our concession stand and also offer free boosting services if your battery decides to die.
Q: How do I turn off my daytime running lights?
A: Apply your parking break (emergency brake), it will shut off most vehicles daytime running light. If this fails to work you must cover your headlights with cardboard or a sheet, to keep the lights off the screen.
Q: Do I have to watch both movies or can I just come to one?
A: Our gate remains open until after the second movie starts. Feel free to drop by late if you want to only attend the second movie. The admission price remains the same. Check our social media on the night of the movie to see what the approx time of the start for the second movie will be.
Q: Do you show the Movies during severe weather?
A: We are committed to run each night regardless of weather assuming it is safe to do so. In the event of severe weather such as high winds/lightning/rain etc, mechanical breakdown, or unforeseen circumstances the management reserves the right to cancel the show and refund as per our refund policy.

Q: It’s a nice night can we sit outside the vehicle?
A: Yes, bring a lawn chair or a blanket and make yourself at home, we do ask that you only sit in front of your vehicle as other vehicles will be parked on either side.
Q: Can we bring in our own food to the Drive In?
A: The vast majority of the revenues from our gate admission prices go to cover the cost of the movie. Our Drive In survives on the profits generated from our canteen sales. We have very reasonable prices with large portions. Please support us in our canteen.
